Terms of Service

Effective date: October 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of hunterbehavioralsolutions.com and your engagement with services offered by Hunter Behavioral Solutions, a division of Revival Realm LLC. By using this website or our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Hunter Behavioral Solutions provides operational consulting, documentation and compliance systems, quality assurance support, staff training, leadership development, interim and fractional program leadership, and non clinical behavioral consultation, as described on this website and in a signed Service Agreement.

Use of this website does not create a client relationship. A client relationship is established only upon execution of a signed Service Agreement and receipt of any required payment. Information provided by email or through scheduling does not obligate either party to proceed.

2. Non Clinical Nature of Services

All services are non clinical. HBS does not provide therapy, clinical treatment, diagnosis, medical advice, applied behavior analysis therapy, crisis intervention, or emergency services. Family facing services are delivered in a Behavioral Consultant capacity. Where clinical services are appropriate, HBS refers to licensed providers.

Nothing on this website constitutes professional clinical, medical, or legal advice.

3. No Legal, Employment, or Compensation Advice

HBS is not a law firm, a payroll provider, or a licensed employment advisor. Recommendations that touch compensation, incentive structures, wage and hour practices, or employment policy are presented as options and must be reviewed by your qualified employment counsel or payroll provider before implementation. HBS identifies which recommendations carry that requirement, and the client remains solely responsible for the decision to implement.

4. Regulatory Compliance Responsibility

HBS supports clients in preparing for and maintaining regulatory compliance, including standards administered by OPWDD, OMH, DDS, and similar bodies. HBS does not guarantee any survey result, audit outcome, licensure decision, certification, reimbursement determination, or approval by any regulatory or funding body. Responsibility for compliance rests with the client organization at all times.

5. Emergency Situations

If you or someone you know is in crisis or danger, do not use this website or contact us for assistance. Call 911, or call or text 988 for the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline. HBS does not provide emergency services of any kind and does not monitor this website or email for urgent matters.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, illustrations, logos, and downloadable materials, is the property of Revival Realm LLC or Hunter Behavioral Solutions unless otherwise noted.

The C4 Method, the Operational Reliability Framework, the Implementation Accountability Framework, the Behavioral Trust Framework, and all related principles, diagnostics, scoring tools, templates, and training materials are proprietary methodologies of Hunter Behavioral Solutions.

Materials delivered during an engagement are licensed to the client for internal use within the client organization. Unless the Service Agreement states otherwise, clients may not resell, publish, sublicense, redistribute, or provide those materials to third parties, and may not use HBS methodologies to deliver consulting services to others. Client owned data, records, and operating information remain the property of the client.

7. Confidentiality

HBS treats non public client information encountered during an engagement as confidential and does not disclose it without authorization, except where disclosure is required by law or by mandatory reporting obligations. Specific confidentiality terms, including any business associate agreement where HIPAA applies, are addressed in the Service Agreement.

Do not transmit client identifying information, protected health information, or personnel records through this website or by unsecured email.

8. Website Use

By using this website you agree not to:

  • Use the site for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or related systems
  • Submit false or misleading information through any form or inquiry
  • Interfere with the functionality or security of the website
  • Copy, scrape, or reproduce site content for commercial purposes without written permission

9. Self Assessment Tools

The Readiness Snapshot and any similar tools on this website are educational aids only. They run in your browser, are not scored or reviewed by HBS, and do not constitute an audit, an assessment, a compliance determination, or professional advice. Results should not be relied on as a substitute for a formal review.

10. Third Party Links and Services

This website may link to or integrate third party services, including scheduling, form, and email providers. HBS is not responsible for the content, availability, privacy practices, or terms of third party services.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

This website and our services are provided as is, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. HBS does not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error free, or free of harmful components.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hunter Behavioral Solutions and Revival Realm LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost revenue, lost profits, denied claims, or regulatory penalties, arising from use of this website or our services. Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees actually paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Hartford County, Connecticut.

14. Changes to These Terms

HBS may update these Terms at any time. The effective date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Where a signed Service Agreement conflicts with these Terms, the Service Agreement controls for that engagement.
